125. Refer to post 120 about Institut Bahasa Teikyo
Hello and assalamualaikum.
So I'm kinda busy with my study, every week got test, if you don't pass the test, must repeat, so test, test, test, test. Ok what am I babbling.
Refer to the title. But before that I would like to ask for apology to whoever anonymous who had comment on my 120 post. I'm sorry I am taking so long to answer your comments and to fulfill your will. The truth is, your comment didn't published because it went to spam box and just about 10 minutes ago I opened my spam box and found all those comments. I'm truly sorry.
So what is it? Ok about IBT. My college. Japanese Language College. It is located somewhere very near to MidValley, just 10 minutes of walking. My college is in the Japan Club Of Kuala Lumpur. Ok that's all I know about the geography. Haha.
Ok next. Their lecturers. They are Japanese. All of them. Yes, all of them. From the head to the lecturers, all are Japanese. So, it's a must for you to speak in Japanese language if you wish to have a conversation with them. So by that, my English and my BM getting broken from day to day. Hehe.
Ok so schedule? I'm a full-time student so I just can explain about my course. Everyday. Monday to Friday, 8.50 a.m until 5.10 p.m is the lesson. For the start, you just have to learn hiragana and katakana. Their alphabet. And the start slowly making sentences. Simple sentence la. Spelling, writing. Simple thing. Because start level budak tadika.
In my case, after about 2 or 3 months later, I started to learn KANJI. You know it is bolded? Because it's hard. Hahaha. Until now, I've learnt about 1000+ kanji.
So after 4 months I think, Maths class started. Best. So, December last year, I've started Physics and Chemistry. Actually these subjects depend on what course you'll be taking. Art stream or science stream. Just like high school. As for me, I'm taking the science stream so that's why I learn Physics and Chemistry. If art stream, you'll learn something like geography and history. More to Japan history maybe.
Oh ya. I forgot. Full-time course takes 20 months if I'm not mistaken. Because mine is 20 months (^_^)v
For full-time course, what I know, the fee is about RM16000 for the whole course.

What is the level of Japanese language there by December or January in the second year of the 20-months course for Science Stream? I think that is the ninth or the tenth month of the 20-month course.
I think by that time you can only sit for Level 4 in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test which is the second easy. The easiest one is Level 5. I'm sorry I've changed my email. If there's any question, you can email me at nsyahirahamri@gmail.com
Is what you said N4? Does that mean that by that time the Japanese Level is between level N3 and N4 of the JLPT Test?
Yes. N4. I think actually by that time your Japanese Level is higher than N4. If you're private student, your semester will start in April. So maybe in Nov/Dec/Jan, you can already sit for N3. Because I started my semester in June so it's quite late but I passed the exam. Actually, sometimes, the problem is not the grammar but the kanji. If you want to try to challenge yourself, maybe you can take the N3. I'm not saying that N4 is easy but most of us can pass the exam so if you have the confidence, go for N3.
As you said by that time students are ready to sit for N3 is it to pass the paper or getting 'A's for it?
To pass, maybe. It depends on how hard that person study.

What's the difference between 20month and 12month course?
20 months course is for the science stream. For anyone who want to further study in engineering, medical and such. But 12 months course is the preparation for anyone to further study in economic stream like business, international relationship, HR etc.
